Using this premium scaffold sheeting for weather protection? Make sure upper sheets overlap the lower sheets externally. That’ll help the rain run down the side of the scaffold sheeting.
Or are you using this for containment (demolition)? The upper sheets must overlap the lower sheets internally to contain debris within the sheeting.
Scaffolding design: If you are planning to install fire retardant scaffold sheeting, the structure must be relevant to all BS standards and codes of practice to accommodate the increase in wind loadings. You should always seek guidance from a qualified scaffold designer or structural engineer before installing. We always recommend a full risk-assessment too. All installations should be carried out by a qualified scaffolder.
